This Privacy Policy Statement governs WWW.EASC.COM.MY (to be known as the "e-ASC") services offered by the Rexit Group.

In order to provide you with the wide range of products and services offered by the Rexit Group, it is necessary for information about you to be made known or available to each company in the Rexit Group and affiliates that provide support and services for the Rexit Group’s products and services. Your information will not be provided to third parties other than the above and only such information as is required will be provided. e-ASC affiliates are prohibited from using the information for purposes that are different than the permission granted or transferring or selling your information to any third party. In addition, your personal information may be use in aggregate, non-personal form to make e-ASC better and more responsive to the needs of our users.

e-ASC may disclose account information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the conditions of use of e-ASC or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) the rights or property of e-ASC, other users of the e-ASC, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. e-ASC may disclose or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services.

What choices are available to you regarding collection, use, and distribution of your information

If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still use most of e-ASC, but you will not be able to access areas or use features that require registration.

e-ASC does not sell or rent user information to anyone. We will notify you at the time of data collection or transfer if your data will be shared with a third party and you will always have the option of not permitting the transfer. If you do not wish to allow your data to be shared, you can choose not to use a particular service.

How you can access and update your information

We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. You may edit your user profile at any time by clicking on the "Account Info" link provided by the system once you are logged in. Once you have logged onto the system during a given session, wherever you go in e-ASC, your information will stay with you until or unless you click on the "Logout" link.

Rexit Group is committed to using its best endeavours to maintain high computer security standards and procedures in order to ensure that all transactions performed by you are secured and confidential at all times. To this end, Rexit Group has in place the required control systems to ensure security and confidentiality of your information at all times. These security standards and procedures shall be maintained notwithstanding that the customer relationship may have been terminated or otherwise ended.

Other than the administrator of e-ASC or other authorised personnel of e-ASC, you are the only person who has access to your personal information. Your user registration is password-protected to prevent any unauthorised access.

We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. e-ASC will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. As an extra security precaution, you must logout once you have completed a session in e-ASC. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place; also to prevent your account to be locked due to improper logout.

Nevertheless, the Rexit Group hereby expressly advises you that the Rexit Group does not have control over the computer, computer software, systems and other incidentals used by you to access e-ASC services on this website and further that transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed, warranted or represented to be absolutely secured.

However, if you do need to reveal your password to other parties, you do so at your own risk and you are fully and solely responsible for any use or misuse of your account, including any consequences thereof.

If you believe your password has been stolen or misused, you may change your password at the “Account Info” link, or if you are unable to login due to whatever reasons, please call the e-ASC Helpdesk at 603 – 7875 7266 and explain the details of the situation. You will be required to go through a verification process before your account details can be revealed to you.

What else you should know about your online privacy

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online - for example in listing that you post or through email - that information can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.

Whilst the Rexit Group is committed to take reasonable care and use its best endeavors to ensure that information transmitted and received is secure, you acknowledged the risks involved in using the Internet and that the Rexit Group cannot guarantee the security of the said information and that it may be accessed by unauthorised third parties. You agree not to hold the Rexit Group responsible for any loss or damages suffered arising from the disclosures as specified herein.
